Doi and other knives in Sakai

I'll be in the Osaka area in Japan in a few weeks and was going to do a day trip to Sakai. Can one pick up a Doi or other interesting knife while I am in Sakai. Does anyone know if he will be exhibiting at the Knife Festival?
