Hi all, looking to expand my collection with a bunka. Right handed, pinch-grip, budget $200, stainless steel preferred because sometimes friends come over and help in the kitchen and I don't want to have to babysit my knives. Have been poking around the sale threads but keep seeing posted ones too late. Will be using it for veggies and sometimes protein prep. Any favorites or a recommended bunka for a starter? thanks

Hemmed and hawed on the above two and the Shiro Kamo bunka and Hatsukokoro Hayabusa bunka. Cutlery and More had a coupon for 20% off the other day, so they were all around the same price bracket. Ended up going with the Shiro Kamo bunka for the more rustic blade and the better-looking (imo) handle. Very happy with it, but I think I should've paid more attention to the sizing. Handle is a bit bulky so knife feels larger than I expected.
