This is my first post on this forum but I'm not new at all to the kitchen knives scene. I've been collecting and using specialized cutlery for both work and at-home use since 2021 and I've also been advancing my sharpening skills since 2022 with a few whetstones including the (Sigma Power 1000 and 2000, Naniwa Chosera 1000 and 5000, Morihei 500, Kitayama 8000, atoma 120, and shapton 5000).
My collection includes but includes others that I'm likely forgetting:

Joining this forum because I want to learn more about what is available, purchase second-hand knives and sell some of the knives that I haven't been using that much or haven't really used at all to free up some space. Hope to get to know everyone a bit more over these next few months.
