I just learned how to do this with Google translate. It looks like you have cooking knives. I couldn't get it to work for the knife kanji.

御料理庖丁 o-ryori-bocho(hocho)

御: o - adding “o” makes it more polite. “o-ryori” is a polite way to say “ryori”
料理: ryori - cooking, food
庖丁: hocho - knife

In our daily life, we rarely use the word "庖刀(hoto)". The character for 刀 is katana(sword).
