Definitely Japanese TV. But its recorded probably on Taiwan TV because it has Chinese subtitles.
The Canadian fellow who owns Tower Knives has also been on Japanese TV.

I missed the NHK one and I had to watch the rerun on Taiwanese TV, also helps to have Chinese subtitles as I dont fully understand Japanese
