1.2519 core , 240 layer forge finish Damascus clad wa gyuto with Gidgee handle, slight convex grind and saya. I get 227 edge and 52 height, weighs 228gm. Prepped a couple meals , polished with Sunshine cloth and stropped edge on leather.
Paid $850 sell for $700 delivered to US.
