Heya fellow knife lovers,
I've been in love with knives for most of my 26 years of life, and two years ago I bought my first "proper" knife - a Kai Shun 8" Chefs knife, which had to survive multiple flatmates doing their best to ruin it.
I've also got some wish no name sharpening stones, but I'd consider myself a beginner at stone sharpening, while my honing rod skills are at least amateur level^^
Looking forward to learning from all of you (as well as r/chefsknives and Knifesteelnerds.com).
Best wishes
Lars
