Good morning all,
My name's Carmine and I'm a long time lurker of this thread but never made an account or any posts. I wanted to say thank you for sharing all this incredible information and helping me. I'm finally ready to start contributing and hopefully utilize the BST forum in the future.
Currently I have a collection of 15-20 knives with a near 50/50 split between carbon and stainless. My dream knife is a blue or white #1 Konosuke FM or a Takeda no Hamono blue #2 Suiboku gyuto.
