I became aware of the forum after read the shortcut "KKF" more often in german kitchen knife forums. So, here I am, just want to look over the edge.
I like cooking as a hobby, so I do it like 4-5 times a week for two til four persons. I just started to get "good" or more valueable knifes, current my go to Gyuto is a Kyohei Aogami II. I hope that I can see more new stuff about knifes and whetstones.
