Hi There!
This is the obligitory/mandated new member post. I'm just a full time dad in Switzerland trying to keep the kitchen well equipped. Here are a couple of my more interesting knifes. The first is a folding picnic knife from Poilane, my favorite boulangerie in Paris. The second one is a spreader my daughter made in Thiers, France.
