I will offer for sale a gyuto made of steel ШХ-15-(52100) 63HRC
Blade 245/55mm. thickness of the spine at the handle 3mm, in the center 2mm, one centimeter from the tip 0.9mm. convex blade geometry, cutting edge thickness 0.1mm.
The knife is sharpened on natural stones up to 10000 grit.
The handle is made of stabilized burl walnut and African blackwood - grenadil.
The price of the knife including shipping is $355.
