The handles are made of African blackwood - Grenadil and stabilized oak root.
Gyuto asymmetric convex (for right-handers) 262/55mm. The spine at the handle is 3.2mm. in the middle 2.3mm one centimeter from the tip 0.8mm.
Paring, convex 102/19mm. spine at the handle 2mm.
The price of both knives is $480 including shipping!
