Hello everyone, I will offer for sale an unusual gyuto for my work.
I made it as a replica of a common knife from the times of the USSR (see photo), I changed the design of the knife, putting my vision of a good knife into it, but tried to keep the style
the size and profile of the blade, so as not to deviate much from the classics.
The blade is made of steel ШХ-15 61HRC size 243/54mm. The spine near the handle is 4mm. In the middle 1.7mm. One centimeter from the tip 0.7mm.
cutting edge thickness 0.1mm. Blade geometry is symmetrically convex.
The handle is made of brass and stabilized burl maple.
The price of the knife is $490 including shipping.
