Good day everyone!
I've been lurking this forum from time to time and seeing my kitchen knife collection is growing ever so, it was a good moment to register and say hello.
Before I was into Japanese kitchen knives, I was big into pocket knives and bushcraft knives, but the kitchen knives have taken over.
After a small purge I've currently got about 17 knives in my collection. A couple of Matsubara, Kyohei Shindo, Masashi Yamamoto and Shiro Kamo, to name a few. I'm currently big into Sanjo made knives due to the amazing taper and feel of them, so a Naoki Mazaki 180mm petty has just been ordered to replace the three knives I sold last week.
