On offer today a sweetie from the prodigious Timo of Hardent Knives.

Was lucky enough to win this knife from his recent giveaway, and having taken it for a spin and discussed it with Timo, I’ve decided to pass it along to give others an opportunity to experience this kid’s immense talent and hopefully help him grow. As I won the knife, I present it to you at a very heavy discount of it’s true value, despite it being basically new.

I’ve cut one potato and one onion with it, and given it a quick pass on a mid grit natural to test stone feedback.

Very noob question, but for my own education, what exactly about this knife makes it 'a lot of knife' - nice steel, tall, middleweight..?

All of the above. I think for a lot of people lately… this is just about perfect size. 225 is most people’s sweet spot, and finding one this tall is rare yet desirable for most out there. Lotta great features from a young maker at a great price
