210mm Hatsukokoro Kurosagi gyuto in Aogami Super
Length: 210mm
Height: 49mm
Weight: 205g
Width above heel: 3.4mm, mid 2.7mm 1.6mm ~1cm from tip
Handle: ebony and dyed maple spacer
Soft iron clad

This has a robust spine and very thin hollow grind. I purchased it and was going to give it to a family member to try a carbon knife, but they seem to be leaning towards the laser department so I got them a Hatsukokoro Hayabusa instead. For full disclosure, the handle install is fairly off axis. As a lefty it drives me nuts. Being realistic in a pinch grip it feels fine, but my OCD says otherwise, so it's bnib. I'm guessing it's not as bad for a righty, but judge for yourself from the picture of the choil/handle.

Asking $140.00 CONUS
