1. Heiji Semi-Stainless Kasumi Cleaver w/ Saya $600

- Massive thinning and re-finishing job by Jon @ JKI. Incredibly thin BTE while feeling very sturdy.
- 223mm edge/106mm height/506.5 grams
- Ebony handle scales have been slightly trimmed for a comfortable pinch grip
- Amazing cutter. My cleaver skills do not do this knife justice, it deserves a true cleaver person.
