Hey Everyone!

My name is Andrew, and this is officially my first post here on the forum, and I just want to say I am glad to be here, and to have the opportunity to share and absorb the knowledge that everyone has to offer :)
I am the Exec Sous at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa, in Ojai, CA. I am Ohio born and raised, spent ample time in the American SE, and now I am out here in Ojai trying to expand a bit.
My roll is mixed and matched with knives and utensils that I feel comfortable with, and all tucked away in my hardmill knife roll. I will say I stay true to Japanese Knives for the most part :)
