Hello!
I'm Kevin, 31 year old exec chef with a huuuge knife obsession. I am very much interested in high end Japanese cutlery, was handles. I have broken into the semi stainless market, and love carbon steel, but my work forces me to stick to stainless/semi stainless.
Basically I have several high end pieces I may want to sell! I have seen some pretty excellent opportunities to purchase rare items as well, which holds my interest as well! I want to nerd out about different steels and the makers who specialize in these boutique materials
Currently residing in New York City, would also be happy to meet some fellow knife geeks around the city!
