Greetings friends! I've been lurking for a couple of weeks. Who knew kitchen knives would be such a deep rabbit hole. Steels, stones, geometry, all of the talented and unique bladesmiths all over the world... All I wanted initially was a better knife to prep veggies. Anyway, I look forward to falling deeper and deeper into this rabbit hole with all of you.
