Home cook, learning how to prepare sashimi. Huge fan of Japanese-made products (denim, knives, clothing).
Recently met Takada-san at his workshop and purchased the only knife he had for sale at that time (HH ginsan sujihiki 210mm). Also purchased a Tsubaya kasumi ginsan gyuto 270mm sharpened by Takada.
