Hi folks. I've been into kitchen knives for a few years. I have a few workhorse VG10 knives from Tojiro and Enso.
I also have a few better knives from Takefu village:
1. Katsushige Anryu Aogami #2 Tsuchime Gyuto 210mm
2. Anryu AS Petty 150mm
3. Masakage Yuki Gyuto 210mm
4. Kato Nashiji Suminagashi Bunka 165mm
I'm looking to get a Nakiri or another Santoku this year.

Thank you! Haha, yes the year is very young indeed and I look forward to picking up a few to round out my collection this year. I tend to be more on and off with kitchen knives and I'm now on the on-phase again.

Thanks! I'm actually splitting time between San Marino and Mission Bay (San Francisco), so I just put California haha.
