Hi folks. I've been into kitchen knives for a few years. I have a few workhorse VG10 knives from Tojiro and Enso.
I also have a few better knives from Takefu village:
1. Katsushige Anryu Aogami #2 Tsuchime Gyuto 210mm
2. Anryu AS Petty 150mm
3. Masakage Yuki Gyuto 210mm
4. Kato Nashiji Suminagashi Bunka 165mm
I'm looking to get a Nakiri or another Santoku this year.
