Hello everyone.
Great to find this forum of fellow kitchen knife nerds! I already read through the "first knife denka" thread.
I currently own the following:
Konosuke HD2 Gyuto 210mm
Moritaka Aogami #2 Nakiri 150mm
Moritaka Aogami #2 Honesuki 150mm (ishime finish)
Takamura Migaki R2 Petty 150mm
I'm looking to get a new one - of course! I really thought about getting a wa-handled Fujiwara denka no hotou, 210mm (I'm not really comfortable with bigger sizes)
Any body else from Denmark?
