Hello everybody, I'm a "young" japanese knife enthusiast from France. I'm really passionate about the craftmanship and history behind the traditions of knife making.
Currently enjoying a Shiro Kamo sg2 santoku, a 240mm Tetsujin Aogami #2 and a Ashi petty!
As a frenchman, I obviously enjoy using these guys to cook everyday!
