My name is Shay, I'm from Israel, and home cooking has major part in my life.
Thanks to this great forum I've learned how to appreciate and define quality of good knives.

In my arsenal you can find Denka 210mm, Sukenari 240mm HAP-40, Masmoato KS and more.. mostly Japanese knives.
