Hi everyone.

Been lurking here the past couple of months, but started my knife journey 4 years ago with a Gesshin Stainless 210 gyuto. My current day to day knife now is a Hado Junpaku 240 gyuto, with some more on the way! I hope to learn more from everyone here.
