Hy guys,
João Rico here, from Portugal. Hope you're all safe as well as your families. Though times these ones
Always loved to cook, but always gave up due to my wife's nagging behind me due to my poor organization skills and dirty kitchenware. This Covid's quarantine gave me a lot of time to start with it and spend most of my time in the kitchen where i developed a new passion for knifes. I confess i don't know much about it but i guess i will have here an encyclopedia.
My main objective in the kitchen, is to improve Asian cuisine, mostly Japanese, and also start with sushi.
I am also a keen Fisherman, avid Photographer and a Wine Expert
