I'm relativaley new to the knives game. My first two J-knives came from Tower Knives in Osaka about 5 years ago. Last year I decided to up my game and I started buying more knives couple of Konos, Gesshin Ginga among others. I think total collection is about 10 knives as of today. Looking to add more. I'm still learning my way.
