I've recently overhauled my kitchen and as such am now also upping my cooking skills and gear.
Recently I've ordered an oak endgrain cutting board (which is due to be delivered any day), and am now looking to buy a good first 'real' chef's knife and office knife.
As my kitchen is equipped with a combi steam oven that can do sousvide, I will also be doing a bit of research on that.
Looking forward to reading and learning a lot on all this forum has to offer.
