Hi everyone, hopping over onto here from r/chefknives after the blackout.
Amateur home cook who has recently developed the knife bug, all from being gifted a set of decent German steel knives and only recently making proper use of them.
I've since managed to control myself and only allowed myself a Tsunehisa AS Santoku which I've been very happy with.
