I've been lurking in this forum as a dispensary of knowledge for sharpening and stone related tasks for the better part of a year, but what made me want to finally register is having finished reading all 41 pages of "The Washita Thread". It was single handedly the most informative discussion on natural stones that I could find on the internet and I would like my chance to ask my own questions now and in the future too. I'm just starting out my stone and knife obsession yet it already feels like a rabbit hole worth tumbling down.
