I stumbled across this forum while trying to educate myself on better knives and steels!
I am a fishing guide/charter and carve a ton of salmon, albacore, halibut, and lingcod. My knowledge of knives, steel, and sharpening may be better then most people around me but in reality it's very elementary: so I am here to hopefully broaden my knowledge and expand my cutlery and stones!!
