Hello to everyone.
My name is Juan and I am from Argentina.
Now I am living in Toyota City in Japan for two years.

I am an knive lover.. Actually I make knives as a hobby.
LIke to make kitchen and barbecue knives mostly...

Anyway, now that I am living here I want to learn from Japanese makers.. and overall opínion about knives and how chef like to use them..
Of course I know a lot about them, but not all. And more specific about Japanese knives, which are... spectacular..

So, I hope I can find good information sharing..

If anyone has data about where I can learn form Japanese knives, I will be highly appreciate it.
