Hello! My name is Nick. I'm a chef in NYC and new to this forum. I'm excited to be a part of this online community and look forward to all the advice you have to offer. I recently took an interest in upgrading my set from the cheap functional realm to a higher functioning, more expensive design and was hoping I could find information on here about where I can buy some hard to find knives I have my eye on. Hope everyone is well and I cant wait to hit the ground running! If anyone can help me figure out what i have to do to get all set up for buy/sell/trade id greatly appreciate it.
