Hello everyone & thank you for all the great information I've gotten from this forum. I'm a new member but, I have been reading information from here for a while now. I'm fairly new to nice kitchen knives. I know a bit about pocket knives, hunting knives, different steel types etc. I have quite a few of those. However the only nice kitchen knives I've had until today is a set of Caphalon katana series vg1 knives. Which were kinda okay but not what I expected.
I just received my set of knives from Watanabe today & their beautiful but, I was wondering what the best suggestions are for storage? I would like to store them either on the counter or in a drawer but, I want to be able to grab them with one hand when I need them so a saya won't work.
