I just found out about this knife forum from a friend of mine who has become a bit obsessed with japanese knives. Having had a very close relationship with knives from a fairly early age, I am now quickly learning from him different aspects of these knives and am looking to buy a small set that will both fit across my cutting needs and please me aesthetically.
