Help figure out the kanji on my chef knifes?

Hello I'm new here and needed some help to identify this new knifes ? I can not figure them out.

If anybody can help me would b much appreciated.

Thank u for that I've bin trying to figure this out for awhile now.. May I ask how did u figured it out? Do u Japanese knife . I'm just curious

Also u said the #2 one was special made what do u mean by that ? Any way there a website that u could show me ?

I read the kanji. No, I don't have any knives, Japanese or otherwise, from that vendor.

The phrase "tokusei" ("special-made") is just a marketing term that has no real meaning.
