Hello I am looking for this blades maybe somebody here can help me ??

18/10 stainless steel. Measures 150 mm in length from bolster to tip and weight 40 grammes approx

I prefer French or England

I found one in Etsy but the are too short for my project.

I will need 500 or 1000 depends of price

That's a table knife without the handle. You know that, right? And you want to get 500-1000 of them? For that quantity you'd have to commission a batch from a maker of tableware (would be my guess.)

Ask a retailer -- I think bernal cutlery should be able to find one, since he deals with England and France a bit
