I have bought and redone a few of these knives for gifts. Light and thin, no bolster and stainless for those who don't want to worry about maintenance. This is a German manufactured line.

I recently did a few of these and have one left. Sporting a dyed red with a touch of blue maple burl made by Josh Grubb at Phoenix Knife Handles.
