I was in New Hampshire visiting friends and we went to the Merrimack Outlet Mall where there were both a Henckel's and Le Creuset store. The Le Creuset was pretty standard in its cost structure, a small discount on standard colors and a 50% discount on oddball colors with limited selection of them.
The Henckel's store was a total waste: I wanted to see if they had any Kramer's for my friends - and they did - at exactly the same price one can get them at a Sur La Table or Bed Bath.
A total waste of time in other words, I find the idea of a so called outlet store selling stuff at full price pretty absurd.
