Hi all. I'm a chef from the South of the UK. I have made a few knives before but the results were ahem *varied...
I'm here to relearn what I knew and learn loads more with the aim of making firstly my own knives and then gathering skills so I have a part time job when retirement rears its ugly head!
I'm looking forward to being part of a community that can help me learn and progress.
