Hi everybody,
here is another new member from Germany. As you can guess from my nickname I like to collect mushrooms and my favourite knife for that is a Martiini, nothing special, lovely curly birch handle.
I'm just a home chef, but feeding 5 (sometimes+n) people left me annoyed at inefficient kitchen tools.
Greetings,
mushroom

Welcome from another friend of the forests. I typically like to use a 135mm damasteel petty knife on my travels.

Looks wonderful. What became of those?
These are just naturally dehydrated. If I happen to pick more than I can reasonably use I just dry them out. They get used dry periodically in soups or elsewhere. They look really nice when dried properly just as a decoration imo. You’re looking at in the photo. All edible
Morels, chanterelles, hen of the woods, lobster, lacarius indigo, old man of the woods, laccaria ochropurpurea,
