Hi everyone!

First of all I am completely new to the Knife world. We soon move in a new home and I thought that a new kitchen deserves good knives so I spent some hours reading (also in this Forum) and got completly catched with japanese knives. So my first 4 knives are on the way now and I thought it might be a good idea to sign up here and learn more.
