What is you specialty/ masterpiece in the kitchen?

I was trained on classic italian- worked in a Neapolitan style restaurant for 5 years. Now at home, I like to play with spices! Lots of Mexican food and then some hearty American classics like pot pie and tuna casserole. What about yourself?
