Hey all Been a chef all my life, but just recently got into japanese knives. Only own a few so far. Down the rabbit hole we go!
I was trained on classic italian- worked in a Neapolitan style restaurant for 5 years. Now at home, I like to play with spices! Lots of Mexican food and then some hearty American classics like pot pie and tuna casserole. What about yourself?What is you specialty/ masterpiece in the kitchen?
