Im a happy unprofessional food enthusiast. Trought the past couple of years I've been free falling down the rabbit hole of the knife world.
I do have a small but fine collection of knives including some Takada's, Moritakas, a couple of danish and swedish handmade knifes aswell. Im looking to expand my collection with some knife that are a bit more rare. I hope I can find what im searching for here
