Hi all!

I got my first Japanese knife after mu sister bought it as a gift from a trip to Kyoto 10+ years ago. I have been Reading about them, looket for new, and used Japanese knifes since. I recently decided to step up my collection, and will in particular start a search for honyakis.. Am hoping to find some great buys and good reads at this place

shameless plug-in but I got a Honyaki for sale in good condition
Was one of my first Honyaki purchases because it's quite cheap for a Japanese Honyaki and also a good performer, so might be a good start for you too
