Mostly japanese, really like shirogami #1 but also i have lots of knives from around the world, is my souvenir of choice! Some of my favourites are a $6 leaf spring from a market in Vietnam (lost to airport security after 10 years service ) and a 240 gyuto from kikuichimonji thats worth more than my car… although i admit i have a very cheap car!

I used to live in Richmond and I walked through East Melbourne to get to work. It's a really nice part of the world.

Sounds.about right. I’m led to believe that’s a part of the world where KKFs are really there for each other, and where good neighbours become friends.
