I have not been active on the forum for a while but have decided to let go of a couple of my knives since they never see the light of day. Both knives have never been used or sharpened. I am the original owner of the Dalman.
1) Hiromune Takaba Miyabi Tamahagane Gyuto 250mm. I purchased this knife from a member here. It was listed as 240mm but to my measurement the cutting edge is 250mm. Beautiful active blade pattern. This knife has been a drawer queen since I purchased it. Time to let someone else enjoy it. $1500 >> SOLD.
2) Robin Dalman 245mm Gyuto. This knife is amazing! It has been a drawer queen since I purchased it from Robin. The knife has a musk ox horn handle with feather damascus blade steel from Randy Haas. This knife comes complete with custom saya Robin had made for this knife and a small bonus knife. $1250 >>SOLD.
I'll probably regret selling both of these knives but the time has come to let someone else enjoy them.
