Hello,
I know it won't be easy but I want to try to find it..

I am only looking for a stainless Hitohira Tanaka x Kyuzo blue #1 Migaki Gyuto 240mm.
As I had the Iron clad now I want the stainless only.

No prefered handle at the moment. My favorites if I could chose would be Ziricote or Taihei Ebony.

And also Yohei as sharpener could be an option.

I prefer only within the EU at the moment.

Would you be interested in the kurouchi iron clad version?

At the Moment i think i don't want a kurouchi Version.
Somehow it doesn't get my emotions the way the Other Versions do.

I found a Kyuzo Blue Migaki Iron Clad.
But still I will be looking for a Hitohira Tanaka Kyuzo stainless version in 240mm to compare with. Still only EU based.
