Recently got into this hobby and have been really enjoying it so far. I've been into higher end framelock flippers and balisongs for around 8 years now, so getting to learn more about kitchen knives and sharpening has been really fun! Currently working on improving my sharpening technique and looking to maybe get into polishing!
